• Concierge Connect allows guests to contact their Siam Butler at any time of day and arrangements made by the hotel will be uploaded to the ‘My Stay’ itinerary planner for ease of reference.

• The Portier City Guide will inspire guests to explore whimsical Bangkok with text written by internationally renowned travel writers, who call Bangkok home.

• A daily Radar bulletin will introduce guests to the cultural activities taking place during their time in Bangkok, connecting them to local communities of artists, musicians, chefs and more.
