A chic maritime retreat, Told U So is the custom creation of international entrepreneur, hotelier and designer Kirk Lazarus, who enlisted Benetti Yachts – the world’s leading yacht manufacturer – to make his dream a reality. As a purveyor of luxury, Told U So is a visual display of the owner’s world travels, fused with the exceptional quality and elegance that is Benetti.
Like all Molori entities, Told U So affords an authentic connection with one’s surroundings, courtesy of the seamless transition between the indoors and out. Lavish accommodations, state-of-the-art technology, and a nontraditional layout that encourages group interaction and entertainment evoke the feeling of a luxurious second home, where all amenities and every comfort are carefully considered.
Each of the five cabins offers its own distinct style – and endless natural light – delivering an eclectic mix of design elements that afford maximum comfort alongside aesthetic pleasure. The owner’s suite alone boasts 180-degree views, separate his and her’s bathrooms, a private study, an en-suite screening room and private sun terrace with a six-person Jacuzzi. Additional cabins are equally stunning – customized woods, stones and fabrics set the stage for modern and antique accent pieces, acquired from all over the world.
Spaces for entertaining on each deck are accented with unexpected design features – from the 16th century Chinese daybed in the Main Salon to the 3-foot real lobster-turned art- centerpiece. At the touch of a button, the Sky Lounge transforms into a state-of-the-art cinema, exposing a wide screen hidden behind magnificent contemporary art. The elegant indoor dining area on the same tier easily converts to an outdoor space via retractable glass walls. And on the expertly planned Upper Deck, guests can enjoy an additional outdoor dining area complete with a state-of-the-art BBQ (serviced by full kitchen and custom-made food elevators), a plunge pool, a powder room and an outdoor shower for convenience.
Told U So is well-appointed with top-of-the-line water crafts, including jet skis and a Riva 33 tender. Told U So sleeps up to 10 +2 guests, and can accommodate cocktail parties for up to 60 people.
